An monolithic under-counter modular brewing system. Water taps emerge seamlessly from matte metal blocks, keeping sightlines clear and maintaining the clean lab aesthetic.
THE ROASTER VESSEL
Double-Walled Borosilicate Glass
Our custom fluid-bed roaster sits in a glass-enclosed pressurized capsule. Guests can watch the entire centrifugal convection roasting cycle in real time.

Cast Concrete & Virgin Wool
Low-profile benches cast in raw concrete provide structured, architectural seating. Accented with warm wool upholstery, the space is a study in raw industrial comfort.
